FiiO pushes its pure vacuum tube amplifier to summer 2026
The tube desktop amplifier on FiiO's published 2026 roadmap has slipped to summer, alongside the Pure Class A desktop model.
FiiO's publicly posted 2026 product schedule lists a pure vacuum tube desktop amplifier among the entries delayed to summer 2026, alongside its Pure Class A desktop design.
FiiO publishing a roadmap and then revising it in public is unusual and worth noting on its own. Most manufacturers announce only once a date is safe. On the product itself there is nothing to evaluate yet: tube amplifiers vary enormously in output impedance, and that single figure decides whether a given headphone will sound as intended or have its bass response reshaped by the amplifier.
